From the savory Truffle Bacon Pasta to the hearty Tuscan Lamb Stew, each dish leaves you craving for more.

Our custom-made Pizza service allows you to create your own signature flavor. Additionally, our seafood and land specialties, along with vegetarian options, cater to every preference.

Seasonal Specialty Dishes:

  • Truffle Bacon Spaghetti: Sauteed with olive oil, bacon, and various mushrooms to extract their aroma, then mixed with creamy white sauce and selected truffle sauce, allowing the spaghetti to evenly absorb the sauce. The fragrance of butter and truffle blends into every bite.
  • Tuscan Braised Lamb Shank: Prepared using the traditional stewing technique with beef juices, simmered with red wine and various vegetables for flavor enhancement. Slow-cooked for 90 minutes, then served with pickled pearl onions for a harmonious and succulent taste.
  • Sicilian Stir-Fried Clams: Emphasizing the use of fresh ingredients, cooked with white wine and basil leaves to enhance the natural sweetness of the seafood, presenting a simple yet unique culinary delight.
  • Italian Herb Lemon Chicken: Marinated with olive oil, Italian herbs, salt, and lemon juice to seal the juices and flavors within the meat. Finally, grilled and served with refreshing roasted vegetables, creating a perfect harmony of flavors.
  • Silky Mashed Potatoes: Potatoes steamed to retain their original flavor, mashed and blended with fresh cream and milk, then seasoned for a rich and creamy taste.
  • Tomato Braised Vegetables: Prepared with tomato pulp containing tomato fruit flesh, roasted with a variety of fresh vegetables such as red and yellow bell peppers, eggplant, and zucchini, then simmered in tomato pulp over low heat, offering a colorful and flavorful dish.
  • Roman Milk Buns: Round snowball-shaped buns filled with fresh milk cream and dusted with powdered sugar. Each bite offers a smooth milk flavor that’s sweet but not overwhelming, truly delightful to the senses.
