服務人員和善有禮 & 房間整潔 是這次住宿的亮點。唯一想建議改善的是吹風機，房間附的是Panasonic傳統型吹風機，聲音很大。我們這次買的是官網一泊二食方案$6999（2單床），週一早晨使用泳池和烤箱/蒸氣房, 環境整潔，餐點新鮮豐富，用餐環境很舒適，適合在城市裡漫遊輕旅的親子住宿，值得推薦。我們很幸運，雖是第一次入住，完全沒遇上評論版上的不好體驗，謝謝服務人員的用心，辛苦了！

Estuve en un evento de negocios en el hotel; las salas de conferencias son muy adecuadas. Al finalizar comimos en el buffet del hotel que es extremadamente bueno. Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff, one of the best hotel gyms I've encountered, good breakfast selection 👌 over an excellent experience, I will definitely book again when visiting Taipei.

過年期間，4大2間雙人房，觀看演唱會入住未含早晚餐2晚，另外購買晚餐、早餐各一。整體經驗很滿意，飯店有不少東南亞服務生，或許語言有限制但仍可感受他們很棒的工作態度總是面帶微笑和由衷想多為客人做些什麼，為這次入住經驗加分許多。check out時有位看我們在排隊主動引領到自助結帳櫃檯，雖然因為有其他需求而未使用自助結帳服務，覺得這樣的服務態度說不上少見，但也真的是不是常態了。

位置交通便利，附近有小巨蛋，微風百貨，夜市等，相當棒。
服務人員超級親切；客房隔音好。
這次訂一泊二食，晚餐篩子牛；海鮮；烤鴨；披薩都很美味。剛出爐的酥皮濃湯會由服務人員送至桌邊，蛋塔和糖葫蘆也都是由服務人員繞場送，挺好的，唯一美中不足的是～～～自助飲料吧的冷飲，稀釋到像白開水（柳橙；芭樂檸檬；冬瓜檸檬等）

Though it’s a 3 star hotel but the service and surroundings are like 5 star hotel. The room are spacious for 4 persons. During my stay in this hotel for 4 days I find the beds inside the room are extreme comfortable. The toilets comes with bathtubs and shower rooms for those who prefer to bath while standing. I had my breakfast buffets at the last day of my stay. I was surprise the food are astonishing delicious. It’s was a very happy and pleasant to stay in this hotel. Location: Perfect
Right in the heart of Taipei—easy access to MRT, Taipei Arena, and tons of great food spots. Super convenient for both tourists and business travelers.

Room: Clean & Comfortable
Spacious, modern, and spotless. Big windows with great views. Bed was super comfy and Wi-Fi was fast and stable.

Service: Exceptional
Staff were warm, helpful, and went out of their way to assist with everything from humidifiers to dinner reservations.

Breakfast: Delicious & Varied
Huge buffet with Asian and Western options. Dumplings, congee, fresh fruit, eggs—you won’t leave hungry.

Amenities: Well-Maintained
Nice gym and pool. Only minor issue was elevator wait times during peak hours, but overall a smooth stay.

Overall: Highly Recommend

I booked a suite with a king size bed. It was awesome. The hotel is huge. Lots of space inside and out. Depending on what you are looking for, the location could be great or not at all.

The mall next door is alright.

We didn't feel the need to check out the stadium at all.

The buildings around this area tend to be huge that translates into longer walks to other buildings.

The room is really nice. The tub probably didn't need all the grooves inside. The tub is actually on the smaller side if you are super tall.

I wish I was there on the weekend and my toddler could drive the car in the outdoor play area.

The pool looked nice, but we couldn't go because we didn't have proper wear (swim caps advised)

There seems to be a lot happening in the hotel.

This is more of five stars hotel instead of its rated four stars. The room is spacious with the firm mattress. The staffs are extremely attentive and helpful. This hotel has an incredible gym and yoga studio; the swimming pool needs to be improved a little with only one shower head. It is also required to wear a swimming cap which can be borrowed at the front desk. It is next to Breeze mall, we have our private side exits to various places such as the gym, Breeze mall and other side of road for breakfast shops and restaurants. There is also 7-eleven inside the hotel,it is a saving grace during Typhoon days. Due to its convenience and quality service, we didn’t suffer a bit of typhoons and the air drill. Stayed 2 nights here. Very convenient location, near to stadium mrt. The building is old but recently revamped so the rooms and toilets and all thr facilities are really clean and new.
We had a really quiet sleep for both nights in the spacious family room.

Staffs are polite, helpful really service oriented. They helped kept our luggage after we checked out and even allow us to take a shower (even offered us towel) when we came back to fetch our luggages before heading to airport for our night flight.

Illume Management, if you’re reading this, your front end people are doing a good job!

前身是王朝大酒店，
飯店座落在十分精華之處，
格局倒是挺特別的，
很像辦公大樓，但是房間有裝潢過，新穎！

中菜餐廳表現很棒，早餐用餐環境優美！

搭配國旅補助1300，
平日入住折算一泊二食，
4000以內可以搞定！

有幾個地方再改善一下會更好，

We stayed here for our mandatory hotel quarantine. The service, rooms and food were great. The rooms were spacious, bright and clean. We could request towels, toiletries etc as needed. They even provided some basic cleaning supplies upon arrival. The food was abundant and varied- western and Asian choices each day. We had 5 choices each day for lunch and dinner and 4 choices for breakfast. The hotel duty managers were extremely prompt in communicating with us about daily temperature checks, answering questions, etc. All communication was in English for us- very helpful! They even provided us with an HDMI cord so we could watch Netflix, etc on the big TV from our computers. Of course, we hope we don’t have to do this type of quarantine again, but if we do, we will definitely come back to Sunworld Dynasty.
