Reservation Method
Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to arrival via the hotel’s official website, email, or telephone.
A valid credit card number and expiration date must be provided at the time of booking, or full prepayment must be completed before arrival as a booking guarantee.
Guest Privileges
Registered hotel guests may enjoy complimentary access to the fitness center and outdoor swimming pool during the stay. Paid classes are excluded.
Each room is entitled to complimentary parking for one vehicle (height limited to 175 cm) on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.

Pet-Friendly Stay Guidelines

1. Eligible Pet Type
At present, only dogs are permitted under this pet-friendly offer. Each room may accommodate one dog only, with a weight limit of under 25 kg.
The hotel reserves the right to determine acceptance of the pet based on the actual on-site condition and the dog’s behavior. If the pet brought to the hotel does not match the reservation details, or does not comply with the pet stay guidelines, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in. Any fees already incurred will not be refunded.
2. Health and Vaccination Requirements
Upon check-in, guests must present a valid vaccination record for their dog issued within the past 12 months. Dogs must also be properly groomed and have completed basic flea and parasite prevention.
Should the room require additional cleaning or disinfection due to the dog’s health or hygiene condition, or if it affects the room’s future availability, the related costs will be charged to the guest.
3. In-Room Care and Damages
Dogs must not be left unattended in the guest room at any time. Hotel towels, bath towels, bed linens, and other fabric items must not be used for cleaning, drying, or bedding for dogs.
If a dog urinates or defecates on beds, sofas, furniture, carpets, or other hotel facilities, leaves noticeable stains, or causes damage, the hotel will charge a cleaning, repair, or replacement fee starting from TWD 3,000, depending on the situation.
4. Security Deposit
A TWD 3,000 deposit per room per night will be collected at check-in. The deposit will be refunded at check-out, subject to inspection and confirmation that there is no damage or extra cleaning required.
5. Public Area Access
When entering or passing through the lobby and other public areas, dogs must be kept in a pet stroller or pet carrier and accompanied by their owner at all times.
For reasons of food safety and public hygiene, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant, fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, or retail areas. Any designated pet-accessible areas, if applicable, will be announced on-site.
6. Owner Responsibility
The hotel does not provide pet boarding, walking, or care services. During the stay, guests are fully responsible for their dog’s care, safety, and behavior.
If a dog causes damage to hotel facilities, soils the property, or causes injury or financial loss to other guests, third parties, or hotel staff, the guest will bear full responsibility for all related compensation. The hotel shall not be liable for any loss, injury, illness, emergency, or incidents arising from interactions between pets.
