This Taiwan High Speed Rail hotel package is a collaborative program between THSR and partner hotels. Guests booking through the ILLUME TAIPEI official website may add discounted THSR Standard Car and Business Class reserved seat tickets during the hotel reservation process.
The room deposit and discounted THSR ticket fare are collected at the time of reservation. Ticket availability, train schedule options, seat assignment, and eligible booking dates are subject to the hotel booking system and THSR regulations.

Booking and Travel Notes
This package is designed for guests staying at ILLUME TAIPEI. Discounted THSR tickets must be purchased together with an eligible room reservation through the hotel’s official booking system.
- One of the departure or arrival stations must be the station of the hotel’s city or region.
- Eligible ticket dates generally include the check-in date and the day before check-in, as well as the check-out date and the day after check-out. Actual availability depends on the hotel booking system.
- Ticket quantities are based on the number of registered guests per room. Children, senior, and disability concession tickets may be added when eligible.
- Seats are assigned automatically by the system. Seat selection is not available, and adjacent seats are not guaranteed.
- If your reservation is cancelled, the discounted THSR ticket must also be cancelled or refunded according to the applicable rules. The ticket cannot be kept separately without the hotel stay.

To further reduce environmental impact, room cleaning is scheduled twice a week. For extended stays, we appreciate your understanding as daily cleaning will not be provided, though trash collection and essential assistance remain available.
